ELK
Thank you Matt for being such a great sport and letting me hang this in our house. I have finally got my Elk back from the Taxidermist it is now hanging on our kitchen wall. We had to put it in the kitchen because it is then only place in the house it would fit. I harvested the elk on October 2, 2007 when I was 18 weeks pregnant.

West Desert
Dont I look cute in overalls? My shirts has Moose on it.
Nap Time
Sorry I am a little behind. On May 31, 2008 Jackson and I went out and spent the day with my parents who where camping out in the West Desert. Jackson needed a nap so I bundled him up on a chair. I know it looks funny but I was trying to block the wind. We had lots of fun I played Settlers and Won with Charlie, Alex, Brooke, and my mom.

Smurf
So work tends to be a little cold for my little guy. The weather outside is in the 70's but inside my office, cold air is blowing so I have started putting him in a little sweater. I had Jackson all dressed for work last week and all morning Matt went around calling him a smurf. Every time I talked to Matt the rest of the day he would ask how the smurf was. So here is some pics of our little smurf.

Swimming

Today we took Jackson swimming for the first time. Jackson is 11 weeks old. The water was a little cold but he did great. He liked to play and kick in the water. He lasted about 15 min that was about 14 minutes longer than Matt thought he would last. He likes baths so we figured he would like to swim but we were worried about the cold temperature. But he sure looked cute in his swimming suit. It was still a little big but stayed on along with the oversized swim diaper.
Elk Banquet

Last night we took Jackson to his first RMEF Banquet. The Banquet was in Cedar City. Dinner consisted of Green Salad, Baked Potato, Prime Rib, and Cheesecake. Sorry the only pictures I had was of him laying on my lap while we were waiting for the banquet to start. At the banquet was Scott, Cindy, Timmy, Charlie, & Alex Robinson (my parents and brothers) and then Matt, Me and Jackson. We had lots of fun.
Zion's National Park
We had the opportunity to go to Cedar City this weekend with my parents and little brothers, thank you so much for the invite and trip.

Our trip was short but lots of fun. On Saturday we took the little guy to Zion's. His first trip to a natural park. We started off the day by watching a movie in the big screen theater it was about the ancient people that used to live in Zions. The weather was great it was in the 90s. Jackson did great and enjoyed his first ride in Grandpa's new truck. He even got to have his window down for part of the trip.
